Infinix is set to launch its first clamshell-style foldable phone, the Infinix Zero Flip, in India on October 17. After making its global debut on September 26, this much-anticipated phone is now ready to enter the Indian market. The device is equipped with impressive hardware, including MediaTek’s Dimensity 8020 chipset and a sleek foldable design. The phone features a 6.9-inch inner AMOLED display and a 3.64-inch outer cover screen. Both displays support a refresh rate of 120Hz, ensuring smooth visuals and a responsive touch experience.
In terms of photography, the Infinix Zero Flip comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera on the cover screen. For selfie lovers, there’s another 50-megapixel camera on the inner display, allowing users to capture high-resolution images and 4K videos. Infinix has also integrated GoPro functionality into the phone, offering enhanced video recording capabilities.
The phone comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, running on XOS 14, which is based on Android 14. Infinix has promised two major OS upgrades for the device, up to Android 16. Additionally, the phone features dual stereo speakers tuned by JBL, delivering high-quality audio output.
The battery is another highlight of the Infinix Zero Flip, boasting a 4,720mAh capacity with 70W fast charging support. The phone will be available in two color variants, Blossom Glow and Rock Black, although more details regarding its pricing and availability will be revealed closer to its launch date.
